LICENSE & ACCESS
Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with:
- MLS rules and governance
- Authorized API scopes
- Product agreements and contracts
RESTRICTIONS
Users may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or misuse data
- Attempt to reverse engineer code, endpoints, or infrastructure
- Circumvent MLS data permissions or governance
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, software, documentation, and related materials are the property of Realtyna.
USER CONTENT
Any data submitted to the platform must comply with MLS rules, licensing agreements, and applicable laws.
TERMINATION
Realtyna may suspend or terminate access for violations of:
- MLS compliance requirements
- Security protocols
- Applicable laws or agreements
WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Realtyna does not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Realtyna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (or relevant jurisdiction based on contracting entity).
