With over 20 years of experience, including his tenure as the founding CEO of REALTOR.ca, where he led the platform to #1 market share, he is now championing a new Data Ecosystem model through the MLS Router™ platform. By bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern API-first architecture, Patrick empowers MLS organizations and associations to transform their data feeds into strategic, scalable lines of business. His vision extends globally through the Global Data Exchange (GDX), where he facilitates international interoperability and standardized delivery, ensuring real estate organizations regain control of their data while diversifying revenue streams in an evolving marketplace.
Giselle Abadi
Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder
Giselle is the technical architect behind RealtyFeed’s most ambitious innovations, bringing over two decades of expertise in building complex, large-scale software solutions for the real estate industry. As CTO and Co-founder of both RealtyFeed and Realtyna, she leads the development of the MLS Router™ platform and RealtyFeed’s API-first infrastructure, focusing on creating seamless, high-performance systems that bridge the gap between legacy data and modern applications. Known for her ability to translate sophisticated business requirements into robust technical frameworks for MLS organizations and their members, Giselle’s leadership ensures that RealtyFeed remains at the cutting edge of data interoperability, providing organizations with the secure, scalable, and RESO-compliant tools necessary to thrive in a digital-first economy.
Ali Attar
Chief Growth Officer and Co-founder
Ali Attar is a serial entrepreneur and strategic visionary who drives the global expansion and commercial strategy of RealtyFeed. As Chief Growth Officer and Co-founder, Ali leverages his deep understanding of market dynamics and technology trends to build high-value partnerships and scale the company’s footprint across international borders. With a track record of identifying untapped opportunities in the PropTech space, he is the primary catalyst for the growth of the Global Data Exchange (GDX) and the International MLS Forum, connecting MLS organizations from North America to Europe and the Middle East. Ali’s focus on sustainable growth and ecosystem development ensures that RealtyFeed and its parent company Realtyna not only delivers innovative technology but also creates tangible economic value for every participant in the global real estate data network.
Rob Larson
Strategic Advisor
Rob is a strategic business and technology leader with over 30 years of building solutions, processes, and teams. He studied Composition and Arranging at the Grove School of Music, working professionally in the music industry, before returning to business, accounting, and technology. A 20 year veteran of real estate technology and multiple listings service operations, as CIO Rob grew CRMLS to be the largest MLS in the industry; created and continues to chair and serve as editor of the RESO Data Dictionary; was advisor to the US Department of Energy Home Energy Accelerator initiative; and serves, or has served, as Director and Treasurer on the Board of various companies. In early 2021 Rob launched Larson Consulting LLC, providing consulting and advisory services to Multiple Listing Service, Association of REALTORS, Brokerage, and Technology Companies, in the US, Canada, and the UK.
