1. PURPOSE
This Data Processing Agreement governs Realtyna’s processing of personal data on behalf of Customers in accordance with applicable privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
2. DEFINITIONS
- “Controller” — the customer determining purposes of processing
- “Processor” — Realtyna
- “Personal Data” — any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual
3. PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Realtyna processes personal data solely based on documented instructions from the Customer.
4. SECURITY MEASURES
Realtyna maintains:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Access controls and role-based permissions
- Audit logging and monitoring
- Regular penetration testing
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Personnel handling personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. SUB-PROCESSORS
Sub-processors may be used with:
- Appropriate contractual safeguards
- Advanced notification to Customers (where required)
7. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Realtyna supports responses to:
- Access, correction, deletion requests
- Data export and portability
8. BREACH NOTIFICATION
Realtyna will notify the Customer without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach.
9. DATA TRANSFERS
International transfers shall comply with applicable regulations and approved mechanisms.
10. RETURN OR DELETION OF DATA
Upon termination, Realtyna will return or securely delete personal data unless legally required to retain it.
11. AUDIT RIGHTS
Customers may request audits or evidence of compliance within reasonable limits.
